We are pleased to announce that Yang & Yang Solicitors LLP (Yang & Yang Solicitors) has received the LegalOne Merits (Exemplary) Award for representing CITIC Group in the transfer of 5.01% stake in CITIC Limited to China Huarong at over HK$13 billion, as published on 20 March 2024.
